Lynnette got into the spirit by picking a bow of a pine tree in the campground at Tres Lagos Argentina. Those decorations are a combination of a handmade Star, some tinsel fly fishing flies, some berries, and walnuts.
In this tiny campground we met travelers going north and south, from France and Germany respectively. The French couple are in a car and a tent for two months. The three German men are are on motorcycles. They told us fascinating stories of their whirlwind tour of Argentina and Chile, and of previous trips circumnavigating Africa.

As our party of new friends all sipped their wine and toasted one another merry Christmas, we all remarked how amazing it was that people from three different countries were with one another sharing joy as human beings in a fourth place, beautiful Argentina
We are presently enjoying empanadas as our Christmas Eve dinner and wish you all a very, very merry Christmas.
